1. What this service is
MeridianMarketFlow is a subscription information service. We send you trading signals — a symbol, a direction, a reference price and a suggested size — by Telegram, and show the same signals and your recorded positions in this web portal.
We never place a trade. We hold no client money, we have no access to your broker, and we cannot execute, cancel or amend anything on your behalf. Every order is entered by you, at your own broker, on your own decision. If you do nothing with a signal, nothing happens.
2. Who may subscribe
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract in [Jurisdiction], and permitted to trade the instruments the signals cover in the country you live in. You subscribe as an individual for your own account, not as a professional adviser acting for others.
3. How signals are produced and reviewed
- Candidate signals come from an automated model that analyses price history and market data.
- Every signal is reviewed by a human operator before it is sent. The operator may approve it, change its price, or reject it. Rejected signals are never delivered.
- Sizing is personalised from the budget and risk profile you declare yourself in Settings. We do not verify your budget, your income, or whether the amount is suitable for you — the figure you type is taken at face value, and the share counts we show follow from it.
- A signal is a point-in-time observation. Prices move; the reference price on a card can be stale by the time you act, and older cards say so on their face.
4. This is not advice
Nothing we send is investment advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell anything. We do not know your full financial position, your tax situation or your objectives, and we do not assess whether a trade is suitable for you. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should take independent professional advice if you need it.

5. No guarantee of results
Past performance does not predict future results. Any historical figures, back-tests or track records we publish are records of what happened before, on a particular set of assumptions, and are not a promise about what will happen to your account. Your results will differ from ours and from other subscribers' — because of when you act, what price you get, your broker's fees, and the budget you set. 6. Your account and your side of the deal
- Keep your password and your Telegram account secure. Anything done from your signed-in session or your Telegram chat is treated as done by you.
- Give us accurate information, and keep your declared budget current — a stale budget produces position sizes that no longer match your situation.
- Do not redistribute, resell, publish or forward signals to anyone else. Your subscription is for one person.
- Do not scrape, automate, or attempt to gain access to other subscribers' data.
7. Availability
We aim to run the service continuously during market hours, but we do not guarantee uptime. Signals may be delayed or missed because of market data outages, Telegram outages, hosting failures or maintenance. A missing message is not an instruction to hold, and a delayed message is not an instruction to act. Do not rely on this service as your only means of managing a position; keep your own stops at your broker if you need certainty.
8. Fees and cancellation

12. Law and disputes
